Re: Promise from HRC Supporters to Obama Supporter (none / 0)

On the other hand, when the nomination is actually clinched in reality-ville, I promise to only gloat in one comment, where I will probably post an image of Nelson from the Simpsons pointing and laughing. Then I will get down to the actual business of beating the Republicans as hard as they deserve in November.

I promise to sell it to you for one dollar.  You'll be rich!

Isn't there some kind of guideline about not posting one-line diaries?

How big of you!

For my part, I promise not to vote for McCain.

Feel the love!!

Why gee thanks. And just so I can pencil it in my calendar what date will that be?

I demand to be raked! If I don't get my hot coal raking twice daily, you shall never hear the end of it!

I promise to gloat for only one day.

Well, at least, you made me laugh, I'll give you that.

This is a rather short diary... (2.00 / 3)

you might want to check out the guidelines for the diary length.

I'll be fine if Clinton is the nominee, but if she isn't will you support Obama?

John McCain wants you to be poor!

Short, sweet(ie), and to the point! Rec'ed.

And when Obama wins... (2.00 / 1)

...the nomination... I'm sorry... I'll be honest and admit I'll have to gloat a little.

But I'll try to keep it to a minimum. ;)

by Mystylplx on Fri May 16, 2008 at 09:55:15 PM EST

If/When Obama wins the nomination... (2.00 / 2)

I promise to do my gloating in private... sitting in my comfy gloating chair... drinking a big cup of gloatea.

Oh, and if Clinton wins... I'll wolf down a big helping crow and then work my butt off to get her elected.

Peace

Except (none / 0)

that's exactly what you're doing with this "line." (It seems unfair to even remotely refer to this as a diary)

Ironic, isn't though, how the Clinton camp is now holding out for HOPE?

I have been desperately saving every penny for 2 years to buy a car. I will bet every single last cent that this never comes to fruition.

Here's how it really works.  No one gets to say "I told you so" until November, when it counts.
